YU
This is the vowel "yu". It has approximately the same sound as the English word "you." It is written with a long, horizontal stroke, followed by two fairly long vertical strokes, the second one being slightly longer than the first. Note that this is the vowel "wu" with an additional vertical stroke coming off the bottom. Contrast this with the vowel "yo" which has the vertical strokes coming off the top.
